Content with Context

The Practical Content Structure and AI Readiness Program for Digital and Marketing Professionals

Schema. Taxonomies. Context engineering. AI‑ready content. You know you need them, but your IT team can't build what you haven't defined.

Content with Context is a practical, cohort-based program that teaches digital, content, and marketing professionals how to design and govern a content structure and AI readiness program that actually works for their brand.

Designed for the people who want to own it, not just approve it.

Whether you want to do the work yourself, or be able to direct and supervise the people who do, you'll finish knowing exactly what good looks like, and how to deliver it.

The free intro module is available now. First cohort starts August 2026. Places are limited to 25.

Course investment is AUD$3,000

Founding cohort price AUD$2,000
available until 30 June 2026

Does this sound familiar?

You're a digital lead, content strategist, product manager, CMS editor, or marketing operations professional in a mid-to-large organisation.

Traffic is going down as AI hijacks your customers, and your content isn't turning up where it should be.
Illustration of a professional at a laptop, surrounded by floating labels - schema, taxonomy, context engineering, AI readiness, zero click, JSON-LD - looking thoughtful and under pressure.
You know your site isn't working for AI discoverability. You know that it needs to be fixed. But you don't have:

  • A clear framework to understand what's wrong, work out what you need to do, and how to decide where to start
  • The language to specify what you need and brief your technical team properly
  • The confidence to design a context engineering model that will work for your brand, and will adapt in this constantly changing space.

Content with Context will give you all three. It puts the context design decisions back where they belong: with the people who understand the content, the customers, and the strategy.

Everyone is talking about content structure and AI readiness.

Almost nobody is explaining what it actually means, or how to make sure it gets built properly.

This isn't a technical problem. It's a business problem.

The solution starts with you knowing exactly what content structure is and what you need to build for your brand.

Why this is important

AI has already changed how your content shows up. The only question now is whether you're ready for it.

Your customers are already looking for their answers with Claude, ChatGPT, Google AI overviews, and other AI answer engines. Your organisation's own internal AI tools are looking for the same resources as these answer engines - structured, accurate information about your brand, your products, your services, your people.

Structured content determines whether AI gets you right - or gets you wrong. Whether you're found, cited, and trusted, or just invisible.

The good news is the solution works for more than AI. The same foundations that make your content appear in LLMs, will deliver better automation in your internal tools, improve content reuse, and improve your ranking in search engines.

SEO keeps you visible.
AEO makes you the answer.
Content with Context will teach you how to build both.

“Alison has a rare ability to see complexity clearly, and more importantly, she’s motivated by it. She doesn’t shy away from hard problems; she leans in and turns them into opportunities to rethink what’s possible.”

About the Content with Context Program

Content with Context: The Practical Content Structure and AI Readiness Program for Digital and Marketing Professionals is a cohort-based program from Alison Sainsbury, founder of Aline DX.

The first program runs August to October 2026 across seven modules, with live working sessions fortnightly. Each module builds on the last: by the end, you will have the frameworks, language, and working assets to fix your content structure and prove the impact.

Alison has spent 20+ years building and optimising enterprise digital experiences, long before AI entered the conversation. She has led or advised on content strategy, taxonomy design, search architecture, CMS and DAM platforms, and digital experience transformation across financial services, property, government, resources, and automotive.

This is not a theoretical overview. It is a step-by-step program built from real enterprise projects.

First live program starts Thursday 6 August 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this for?

Heads of digital, content managers, CMS editors, SEO managers, and marketing operations professionals in mid-to-large organisations.

If you're the person who needs to brief your technical team, govern your content systems, or make the case for structural investment, this is for you.

When is a good time to fix my content structure?

If you are asking that question, now is the time. This program will be useful wherever your brand is in its digital journey:

  • You're mid-migration or mid-project? Design your content structure properly before the build, so you're not retrofitting it later - or make sure you're on track to deliver a context engineering model that will actually work

  • Development is on hold? Find the quick wins that don't need development and build the business case & requirements for your context engineering model now, so you're ready to move fast when the time comes

  • You're about to brief an agency? Know exactly what to ask for, what good looks like, and how to hold them accountable. A couple of thousand dollars on this Masterclass will save you significantly more in wasted agency cycles

  • You already have an agency? Use the program to check you're getting the advice and outcomes you should be, and I bet you'll probably gain some insights they aren't surfacing!

  • You're making a business case to fix AI discoverability? Use the frameworks and measurement tools in this program to quantify the problem and make the ROI case to leadership.

Content structure is the "big messy room" in your "content house" that nobody wants to open. The Content with Context program gives you the reason to open the door, and the framework for what to do when you do.

Whatever your situation, you'll be doing this alongside a cohort of peers from similar roles and organisations who are all navigating the same challenges. The conversations, connections, and shared experience are part of the value.

What will the Content with Context program cover?

The first program runs across seven modules covering content audit fundamentals, taxonomy design and governance, schema and structured data, search enablement, AI readiness, and how to measure and prove the impact of the work.

Each module includes frameworks, templates, and tools you can apply directly to your organisation.

Sessions are built around practical exercises, with work to do between modules so you're making real progress, not just taking notes.

Expect discussion and resources you'll come back to long after the program ends. And we are planning regular updates as the landscape continues to shift.

You can see the full module-by-module breakdown in the curriculum above.

Do I need a technical background?

No. This program is designed for the people who own the strategy and the content, not the developers who build the platforms.

You will finish with enough technical literacy to brief, govern, and make decisions, not to build infrastructure yourself.

How much does it cost?

Founding cohort pricing is AUD $2,000, available until 30 June 2026.

From 1 July it's $3,000. You can enrol now by card, or request an invoice with 14-day terms if your organisation is paying.

As a guide, comparable programs of this depth and duration typically run USD $2,000–$5,000. Founding cohort participants will receive the lowest price this program will ever be offered at.

Pay by credit card or invoice. Invoice payment terms are 14 days.

When does it start?

The free on-demand intro module is available now. The first live cohort starts on Thursday 6 August 2026 and runs through to 15 October 2026, with six live sessions delivered fortnightly.

What time zone are sessions delivered in?

Core sessions run in Australian Eastern time (AEST/AEDT) and are delivered live on Thursday afternoons at 2pm - 3:30pm, fortnightly from 6th August 2026. Enrollees will receive a calendar invite.

International participants are welcome in the founding cohort, but some flexibility in hours may be required, unless there is sufficient interest in your region to sustain your own program.

If you'd like to discuss this before registering, please get in touch with alison.sainsbury@alinedx.com.au or via LinkedIn.

How much time will I need to commit?

Six live sessions delivered fortnightly, from August to mid October.

Each live session runs for 90 minutes.

Between sessions, you'll have time to apply what you've covered before the next module builds on it. This is designed to fit around a full-time role, not replace it.

Is it live or self-paced?

The program is delivered live and online, with sessions running fortnightly. You'll learn alongside a group of peers from similar roles and organisations.

Sessions are recorded. Recordings are available to cohort members only and are not distributed beyond the cohort.

Is this program specific to Sitecore or any particular platform?

No. The principles, methodologies, and best practice taught in the Content with Context program apply regardless of the platform you're using — whether that's Sitecore, WordPress, Contentstack, Adobe, or anything else.

Content structure, taxonomy design, schema, and search enablement are not platform problems. They are decisions that sit with the people who understand the content, the customers, and the strategy. Your job is to arrive at the build with well-defined requirements. Your developer's job is to implement them in whatever platform you're working with.

Alison's recent enterprise experience is primarily across Sitecore platforms, and examples will draw on that context — but everything you learn here is transferable across your entire stack.

Can this be delivered for my organisation or team?

Yes. If you'd like to bring Content with Context to your organisation as a dedicated in-house program — tailored to your team, your platforms, and your content challenges — please get in touch to discuss: alison.sainsbury@alinedx.com.au
