I'm Alison Sainsbury, the founder of Aline DX

After two decades leading enterprise transformation projects across sectors like financial services, automotive, and manufacturing, I have founded Aline DX to focus on what matters most: helping digital leaders cut through complexity and execute with clarity.

Too often, digital ambition stalls due to misalignment, fragmented data, or a lack of execution support. Aline DX exists to close that gap, combining strategic insight with hands-on partnership to turn ideas into real progress.

Equity and inclusion are core to how I work, and who I work with

I acknowledge the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work in the inner west of Sydney, NSW. I pay my respects to Elders past and present, and recognise their ongoing connection to Country, culture, and community. Sovereignty was never ceded.
