What does this include?
  • Pre-workshop sponsor interview: 1 hour, approx. 1 week prior
  • 3-hour facilitated workshop: on-site or virtual (using Microsoft Teams and Miro)
  • Participant workbooks for each attendee
  • Post-workshop sponsor debrief: 1 hour, approx. 1 week later
  • Deliverables include frameworks, checklists, templates and a 90-day plan.
  • Optional add-on: advisory hours to support your team’s next steps
Who should participate?
  • Cross-functional digital, marketing, and technology leaders and practitioners. A broad group is great for alignment.
  • An ideal mix might include digital leaders, marketing and CX practitioners, Sitecore platform owners, product managers, data & analytics specialists, and technology partners.
  • For a good group dynamic and lively conversation,  I suggest at least 5, up to 15 participants including key sponsors.
  • I'm happy to advise you on the ideal mix of participants.
How much will this cost?
  • Tricky. Because organisations differ in location and delivery preferences, pricing does vary.
  • Most sessions will fall under AUD$10,000, with travel added only if needed (for in-person workshops outside the east coast of Australia).
  • If travel is required, I’ll try to align it with existing trips to keep things efficient and cost-effective.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this work if we’re still on Sitecore Experience Platform (XP)?

Yes — the optimisation system works for XP and prepares you for XM Cloud or Sitecore AI.

What if we’re mid-migration?

Ideal. The system is migration-proof and reduces friction during change. This quick session won't contribute to "workshop fatigue" but rather, will give you energy and a plan you can implement after the migration, as well as some good tips on what to look out for during migration.

What if we only use XM Cloud + Search?

Absolutely fine — the workshop adapts to your current configuration.

Do we need CDP or Personalize?

No. You’ll learn how optimisation works with or without these capabilities, and what to prioritise next. In SitecoreAI, you'll have some form of personalisation and data layer, so this is absolutely worth doing.

Is this workshop technical?

No — it’s for marketing, digital, CX and tech teams who need shared clarity, not code. While it is grounded in a hands-on knowledge of what these platforms can and can't do, it is written to be jargon-free (or at the very least, jargon-defined-early-so-we-all-understand) and focussed on practical use cases.

Are sessions limited?

Yes — only a small number of workshops are available each month due to the level of interaction involved and other commitments.

Can you deliver this remotely or only in-person?

In-person is ideal for the flow of conversation, but I have a lot of experience with delivering workshops remotely, and I'm happy to stay up late or early for your timezone!
